RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY APPROVING
SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENTS, FORM OF
CONTRACT, ETC., FOR THE PURCHASE OF SEVEN (7)
2011 PATROL CARS.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Superintendent of Central Garage of
said City to prepare specifications, bid documents, form of
contract, etc., for the purchase of Seven (7) 2011 Patrol Cars,
in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Superintendent of Central Garage has filed
said specifications, bid documents, form of contract, etc., and
the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, having considered the
same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said specifications, bid document, form of
contract, etc., for the purchase of Seven (7) 2011 Patrol Cars,
in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby
preliminarily approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of October, 2010.
