RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY APPROVING
SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENTS, FORM OF
CONTRACT, ETC., FOR THE SMART CONTROL SYSTEMS
- ENERGY EFFICIENCY AND CONSERVATION BLOCK
GRANT.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Building Official/Maintenance
Administrator of said City to prepare proposed specifications,
bid documents, form of contract, etc., for the Smart Control
Systems - Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant, in the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Building Official/Maintenance Administrator
did file said specifications, bid documents, form of contract,
etc., for the Smart Control Systems - Energy Efficiency and
Conservation Block Grant.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed specifications, bid documents,
form of contract, etc., for the Smart Control Systems - Energy
Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant, in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, preliminarily approved as
filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of October, 2010.
