RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF
SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENTS, FORM OF
CONTRACT, ESTIMATE OF COST, ETC., IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE AMBULANCE SOFTWARE -
ELECTRONIC CARE REPORTING SYSTEM.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Fire Chief of said City to prepare
proposed specifications, bid documents, form of contract,
estimate of cost, etc., in conjunction with the Ambulance
Software - Electronic Care Reporting System, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Fire Chief did file said preliminary
specifications, bid documents, form of contract, estimate of
cost, etc. in conjunction with the Ambulance Software -
Electronic Care Reporting System, which were preliminarily
approved by Resolution No. 2010-914 on October 4, 2010, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on
October 25, 2010.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed specifications, bid documents,
form of contract, estimate of cost, etc. in conjunction with the
Ambulance Software - Electronic Care Reporting System, in the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, approved as
filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of October, 2010.
