RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE AMBULANCE SOFTWARE -
ELECTRONIC CARE REPORTING SYSTEM.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2010-952, specifications, bid
documents, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with the
Ambulance Software - Electronic Care Reporting System, in the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, have been approved and adopted by this
Council after the public hearing on October 25, 2010 as prescribed
by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
is so ordered on motion by this Council that the said project
proceed in accordance with said specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of October, 2010.
