RESOLUTION ORDERING CONSTRUCTION IN CONJUNCTION
WITH THE ASBESTOS SURVEY AND ABATEMENT
MONITORING SERVICES FOR THE HAZARD MITIGATION
GRANT PROGRAM (HMGP) PROPERTY ACQUISITION
PROJECT.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2010-953, plans, specifications,
form of contract, etc., in conjunction with the Asbestos Survey
and Abatement Monitoring Services for the Hazard Mitigation Grant
Program (HMGP) Property Acquisition Project, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, have been approved and adopted by this Council
after the public hearing on October 25, 2010 as prescribed by
statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
is so ordered on motion by this Council that the said project
proceed in accordance with said plans and specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of October, 2010.
