RESOLUTION APPROVING FIRST AMENDMENT TO
CONTRACT FOR ABSTRACTING SERVICES WITH TITLE
SERVICES CORPORATION OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID CONTRACT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the First Amendment to original Contract for Abstracting
Services dated November 2, 2009, be amended to extend the term of
the Contract by six (6) months, from November 1, 2010 to April
30, 2011, for Abstracting Services pertaining to the Hazard
Mitigation Grant Program, by and between Title Services
Corporation of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be
and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of October, 2010.
