RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO
AGREEMENT WITH IOWA DEPARTMENT OF ECONOMIC
DEVELOPMENT AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AMENDMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that Amendment No. 2, dated October 25, 2010, to Contract No. 08-
DRMH-046 for Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Hazard
Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP) amends said Program by closing
Contract No. 08-DRMH-046, effective August 20, 2010 with
$521,021.00 disbursed, and opening a new Contract No. 08-DRMH-
246, starting date August 20, 2010 with a beginning balance of
$610,651.00, by and between the Iowa Department of Economic
Development and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of October, 2010.
