RESOLUTION APPROVING BONDS AND CERTIFICATES
OF INSURANCE WITH BENTON'S SAND & GRAVEL,
INC., OF CEDAR FALLS, IOWA, IN CONJUNCTION
WITH THE DEMOLITION & SITE CLEARANCE SERVICES
WITH REGULATED ASBESTOS CONTAINING MATERIALS
(RACM) FOR THE HAZARD MITIGATION GRANT
PROGRAM (HMGP) PROPERTY ACQUISITION PROJECT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the Bonds and Certificates of Insurance with Benton's
Sand & Gravel, Inc. of Cedar Falls, Iowa, for the Demolition &
Site Clearance Services with Regulated Asbestos Containing
Materials (RACM) for the Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP)
Property Acquisition Project, for the faithful performance of
contract signed by Employers Mutual Casualty Company of Des
Moines, Iowa, as surety thereon, be, and the same are hereby
approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of October, 2010.
