RESOLUTION GRANTING VARIANCE TO THE
REQUIREMENTS OF THE SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE IN
SECTION 2.3(1) FINAL PLAT SUBMITTAL, FOR
PRELIMINARY AND FINAL PLAT OF MIDPORT AMERICA
PARK PLAT NO. 3.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the variance to the requirements of the
Subdivision Ordinance in Section 2.3(1) Final Plat Submittal, for
Preliminary and Final Plat of MidPort America Park Plat No. 3, be
and the same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of October, 2010.
