RESOLUTION APPROVING THE RECOMMENDATION OF
ACCEPTANCE AS TO WORK AND MATERIALS FURNISHED
BY PETERSON CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE
2009 RIVERFRONT STADIUM GRANDSTAND - ADA RAMP
PROJECT, ACCEPTING THE WORK, AND RELEASING
FINAL PAYMENT IN THE AMOUNT OF $11,451.33.
WHEREAS, Peterson Construction Corporation of Waterloo,
Iowa, has under contract with the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
furnished certain materials and performed labor at a total cost
of $94,422.43, in connection with the construction of the 2009
Riverfront Stadium Grandstand - ADA Ramp Project, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Certificate of Completion and Recommendation of
Acceptance be and the same hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that final payment of $11,451.33 for the project
be hereby released.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of October, 2010.
