RESOLUTION APPROVING EASEMENT AGREEMENT WITH
JSA DEVELOPMENT, LLC OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID EASEMENT
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Easement Agreement dated October 25, 2010, to allow a
new structural concrete wall to be constructed that will encroach
onto the adjacent property at 315 E. 5th Street prior to filling
the basement under the Carnegie Annex parking lot, in conjunction
with the F.Y. 2011 Carnegie Annex Parking Lot Repair, Contract
No. 800, by and between JSA Development, LLC of Waterloo, Iowa
and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to execute the
same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of October, 2010.
