RESOLUTION APPROVING CITY-STATE AGREEMENT
WITH IOWA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the City -State Agreement dated October 25, 2010, for
Revitalize Iowa's Sound Economy (RISE) funds for a maximum amount
of $231,443.00, with 50 percent required city match, for the F.Y.
2011 MidPort Boulevard Extension - Phase II, RM -8155(772)-9D-07,
Contract No. 802, by and between the Iowa Department of
Transportation and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
