RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH IOWA
DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION, AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated October 25, 2010, for 50o funding of a
Railroad Revolving Loan and Grant Program, up to $126,000.00,
with City match of $126,000.00, for the construction of
approximately 800' of new rail spur to serve the Secor Specialty
Company at 3215 Lafayette Street, by and between the Iowa
Department of Transportation and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be
and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of October, 2010.
