RESOLUTION APPROVING BUSINESS CUSTOMER
SERVICE AGREEMENT WITH U.S. CELLULAR
CORPORATION.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Business Customer Service Agreement dated October 1,
2010, to provide cell phone service at a cost of $29.32 per line
per month, for a period of two years, by and between U.S.
Cellular Corporation of Cedar Rapids, Iowa and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of October, 2010.
