RESOLUTION NO. 2024-232
RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH HDR ENGINEERING, INC., OF OMAHA,
NEBRASKA, IN THE AMOUNT OF $7,788.00, 1N
CONJUNCTION WITH THE ROUNDABOUT TRAFFIC
ANALYSIS FOR HAMMOND AVENUE AND E. RIDGEWAY
AVENUE, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the Professional Services Agreement HDR Engineering, Inc., of Omaha, Nebraska,
in the amount of $7,788.00, in conjunction with the Roundabout Traffic Analysis for Hammond
Avenue and E. Ridgeway Avenue, is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are
authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of April 2024.
