RESOLUTION NO. 2024-206
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ACCEPTANCE OF
IMPROVEMENTS OF EDISON ADDITION, SUBMITTED BY
EARTHWORX CIVIL SOLUTIONS, LLC, AND PERFORMED
BY BIG HAND PEPPER, LLC, AND FILE A TWO-YEAR
MAINTENANCE BOND.
WHEREAS, Earthworx Civil Solutions, LLC, and Big Hand Pepper, LLC, performed
work in conjunction with improvements of the Edison Addition, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
and
WHEREAS, Earthworx Civil Solutions, LLC, performed by Big Hand Pepper, LLC
completed the aforementioned project in accordance with the construction plans, standards, and
specifications of this office.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Recommendation of Acceptance of Improvements for work
performed by Earthworx Civil Solutions, LLC, and performed by Big Hand Pepper, LLC, for the
improvements of the Edison Addition, is hereby approved, and the two (2) year maintenance
bond is hereby received and filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of April 2024.
