RESOLUTION NO. 2024-210
RESOLUTION APPROVING COMPLETION OF PROJECT
AND RECOMMENDATION OF ACCEPTANCE OF WORK
FOR WORK PERFORMED BY HAMBLY & SONS OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, IN THE AMOUNT OF $16,750.00, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE CARES MAINTENANCE
TERMINAL DUCT CLEANING PROJECT, PROJECT NO. 3-
19-0094-048.
WHEREAS, Hambly & Sons of Waterloo, Iowa, performed work in conjunction with the
CARES Maintenance Terminal Duct Cleaning Project, Project No. 3-19-0094-048, and
WHEREAS, Hambly & Sons has completed the aforementioned project in accordance
with the quote documents, and specifications as approved by the Airport Director.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Certificate of Completion and Recommendation of Acceptance of
Work, for work performed by Hambly & Sons, in conjunction with the CARES Maintenance
Terminal Duct Cleaning Project, Project No. 3-19-0094-048, in the amount of $16,750.00, is
hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of April 2024.
