RESOLUTION NO. 2024-214
RESOLUTION APPROVING COMPLETION OF PROJECT
AND RECOMMENDATION OF ACCEPTANCE OF WORK
FOR WORK PERFORMED BY K & W ELECTRIC, INC., OF
CEDAR FALLS, IOWA, IN THE AMOUNT OF $46,074.00, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE CARES MAINTENANCE MISC.
LIGHTING PROJECT, PROJECT NO. 3-19-0094-048-2020.
WHEREAS, K & W Electric, Inc., of Cedar Falls, Iowa, performed work in conjunction
with the CARES Maintenance Misc. Lighting Project, Project No. 3-19-0094-048-2020, and
WHEREAS, K & W Electric, Inc., has completed the aforementioned project in
accordance with the quote documents, and specifications as approved by the Airport Director.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Certificate of Completion and Recommendation of Acceptance of
Work, for work performed by K & W Electric, Inc., in conjunction with the CARES
Maintenance Misc. Lighting Project, Project No. 3-19-0094-048-2020, in the amount of
$46,074.00, is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of April 2024.
