RESOLUTION NO. 2024-217
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF
SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENTS, FORM OF
CONTRACT, ETC., AND AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE 2024-2026 WASTEWATER
TREATMENT PLANT AND LAGOON MOWING/SPRAYING
CONTRACT.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
Treatment Operations Director of said city to prepare and file specifications, bid documents,
form of contract, etc., in conjunction with the 2024-2026 Waste Water Treatment Plant and
Lagoon Mowing/Spraying Contract, and
WHEREAS, said Treatment Operations Director did file said specifications, bid
documents, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with the 2024-2026 Wastewater Treatment
Plant and Lagoon Mowing/Spraying Contract, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on April 15, 2024.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that said specifications, bid documents, form of contract, etc., in conjunction
with the 2024-2026 Waste Water Treatment Plant and Lagoon Mowing/Spraying Contract, are
hereby approved, and said project proceeds in accordance with said specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15`h day of April 2024.
