RESOLUTION NO. 2024-224
RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AGREEMENT WITH
RECOLLECT SOFTWARE OF PORTLAND, OREGON, IN THE
AMOUNT OF $36,446.60 FOR THE FIRST YEAR AND
$31,446.60 FOR SUBSEQUENT YEARS TWO AND THREE OF
A THIRTY -SIX-MONTH CONTRACT, FOR THE
SANITATION DEPARTMENT, AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the Professional Services Agreement with Recollect Software of Portland, Oregon,
in the amount of $36,446.60 for the first year and $31,446.60 for subsequent years two and three
of a thirty -six-month contract, in conjunction Sanitation Department software fees, is hereby
approved, and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of April 2024.
