RESOLUTION NO. 2024-225
RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A RESIDENTIAL HANDICAP
PARKING POLICY.
WHEREAS the City of Waterloo has received questions from residents regarding
handicapped parking in residential areas, and
WHEREAS the Traffic Operations Director through research and conversations with
other communities has determined there is a need for establishing a residential handicap parking
policy.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that a Residential Handicap Parking Policy be established and adopted for
the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of April 2024.
