RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AGREEMENT WITH 3-GIS
LLC, FOR FIBER OPTIC NETWORK ASSET MANAGEMENT
SOFTWARE, IN THE AMOUNT OF $111,850.00 OVER THREE
YEARS, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE FY 2024 FIBER
OPTIC NETWORK ASSET MANAGEMENT RFP, CONTRACT
NO. 1098, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND
TELECOMMUNICATIONS DIRECTOR TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the Fiber Optic Network Asset Management Software Agreement dated April 15,
2024, between 3-GIS, LLC and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in the amount of $111,850.00 over
three years, in conjunction with the FY 2024 Fiber Optic Network Asset Management RFP,
Contract No. 1098, is hereby approved, and the Mayor and Telecommunications Director are
authorized and directed to execute said agreement on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of April 2024.
