RESOLUTION NO. 2024-230
RESOLUTION TO APPROVE AN AMENDMENT TO THE
DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT WITH LG COMPANIES, LLC,
ORIGINALLY EXECUTED ON APRIL 21, 2021, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE DEVELOPMENT OF PROPERTY
LOCATED NEAR 1012 FLETCHER AVENUE, TO ALLOW LG
COMPANIES, LLC TO CONSTRUCT DRAINAGE
IMPROVEMENTS ACROSS AND BENEATH ADJACENT
CITY PROPERTY, APPROVE REIMBURSEMENT FOR ONE-
HALF OF THE COST, $1,600.00, AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that
an amendment to the Development Agreement with LG Companies, LLC, originally executed on
April 21, 2021, in conjunction with the development of property located near 1012 Fletcher
Avenue, to allow LG Companies, LLC to construct drainage improvements across and beneath
adjacent city property, approve reimbursement for one-half of the cost, $1,600.00, is hereby
approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said document on
the behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of April 2024.
