RESOLUTION GRANTING REQUEST OF HEATHER TAYLOR
OF GRAINGER FOR VARIANCE TO NOISE ORDINANCE,
ORDINANCE NO. 3094.
WHEREAS, Heather Taylor of Grainger is requesting a variance
to the Noise Ordinance on September 18, 2010 from 6:00 p.m. to
10:00 p.m. in conjunction with Family Movie Night that will be
held in the lot east of 827 Fisher Drive, together with
recommendation of approval by Chief of Police, and
WHEREAS, said event will exceed the limits of the Noise
Ordinance, Ordinance No. 3094, and
WHEREAS, said Heather Taylor of Grainger has made formal
application for a variance on September 18, 2010 from 6:00 p.m.
to 10:00 p.m. in conjunction with Family Movie Night that will be
held in the lot east of 827 Fisher Drive.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the request of Heather Taylor of Grainger
for a variance to Ordinance No. 3094, Noise Ordinance, on
September 18, 2010 from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. in conjunction
with Family Movie Night that will be held in the lot east of 827
Fisher Drive, be and the same hereby granted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of September, 2010.
