RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, AND
ESTIMATE OF COST, ETC., IN CONJUNCTION WITH
THE F.Y. 2011 MARK'S PARK PLAY AREA AND
PERFORMANCE STRUCTURE, CONTRACT NO. 773.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the City Engineer of said City to prepare
proposed plans, specifications, form of contract, and estimate of
cost, etc., for the F.Y. 2011 Mark's Park Play Area and
Performance Structure, Contract No. 773, in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said the City Engineer did file said preliminary
plans, specifications, form of contract, and estimate of cost,
etc. for the F.Y. 2011 Mark's Park Play Area and Performance
Structure, Contract No. 773, which were preliminarily approved by
Resolution No. 2010-716 on August 9, 2010, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on
September 7, 2010.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract, and estimate of cost for the F.Y. 2011 Mark's Park Play
Area and Performance Structure, Contract No. 773, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, approved as filed.
