RESOLUTION APPROVING BONDS AND CERTIFICATE OF
INSURANCE WITH VOLTMER, INC. OF DECORAH,
IOWA, FOR THE RIDGEWAY AVENUE AND HIGHWAY 63
(SERGEANT ROAD) TRAFFIC SAFETY IMPROVEMENTS,
CONTRACT NO. 760.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the Bonds and Certificate of Insurance with Voltmer,
Inc. of Decorah, Iowa for the Ridgeway Avenue and Highway 63
(Sergeant Road) Traffic Safety Improvements, Contract No. 760,
described in the plans and specifications heretofore adopted by
this Council in Resolution No. 2010-740 for said project, after
public hearing on June 21, 2010 on published notice required by
law, be and are hereby approved.
The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby directed to execute said
Bonds and Certificate of Insurance with the contractor for the
construction of said improvements.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of September, 2010.
