RESOLUTION APPROVING 28E AGREEMENT WITH IOWA
ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES DIVISION AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID 28E AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the 28E Agreement dated September 7, 2010, for the purpose
of providing and funding tobacco enforcement activities in
compliance with Iowa Code § 453A.2 (2003), by and between Iowa
Alcoholic Beverages Division, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be
and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of September, 2010.
