RESOLUTION APPROVING GRANT AGREEMENT IHI#10-
03 WITH THE IOWA FINANCE AUTHORITY FOR IOWANS
HELPING IOWANS HOUSING ASSISTANCE PROGRAM AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Grant Agreement IHI#10-3 dated August 24, 2010, for
funding in the amount up to $500,000.00, for Iowans Helping
Iowans Housing Assistance Program, by and between the Iowa
Finance Authority and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same
is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same
in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of September, 2010.
