RESOLUTION APPROVING FORGIVENESS OF SPECIAL
ASSESSMENT FOR 621 SYCAMORE STREET IN THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA.
WHEREAS, a special assessment in the amount of $1,077.56 has
been certified to 621 Sycamore Street as follows:
Parcel ID No. 8913-25-103-007

Original Plat Waterloo East Southeast 22.5 feet
Northwest 66 feet Lot 9 Block 14 also Northwest 9.5
feet Southeast 84 feet Lot 9 Block 14 Northwest 9.5
feet Southeast 84 feet Southwest 14 feet Lot 8 Block 14
also Southwest 14 feet Southeast 22.5 feet Northwest 66
feet Lot 8 Block 14, all in the City of Waterloo, Black
Hawk County, Iowa.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, is
desirous to forgive the above described special assessment, as
certified to the Black Hawk County Treasurer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk be and the same hereby
instructed to notify the Black Hawk County Treasurer that said
described special assessment for property located at 621 Sycamore
Street, as legally described above, be and the same is hereby
forgiven.
