RESOLUTION APPROVING GRANT AGREEMENT WITH THE
DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE, BUREAU OF JUSTICE
ASSISTANCE AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the FY 2010 Justice Assistance Grant (JAG) Agreement dated
September 7, 2010, in the amount of $108,069.00, with no required
City match, to be used for funding of the Tri -County Drug
Enforcement Task Force, by and between the Department of Justice,
Bureau of Justice Assistance and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be
and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of September, 2010.
