RESOLUTION APPROVING AWARD OF CONTRACT WITH
WBC MECHANICAL, INC., OF WATERLOO, IOWA, IN
THE AMOUNT OF $116,466.00 IN CONJUNCTION WITH
THE LIBRARY BOILER REPLACEMENT PROJECT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the bid of WBC Mechanical, Inc. of Waterloo, Iowa, in
the amount of $116,466.00, described in the specifications
heretofore adopted by this Council for said project in Resolution
No. 2010-757, after public hearing on August 23, 2010 on
published notice required by law, be and is hereby accepted, the
same being the apparent lowest bid for said project.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of September, 2010.
