RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT, BONDS, AND
CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE WITH WBC MECHANICAL,
INC., OF WATERLOO, IOWA, IN CONJUNCTION WITH
THE LIBRARY BOILER REPLACEMENT PROJECT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the Contract, Bonds, and Certificate of Insurance with
WBC Mechanical, Inc. of Waterloo, Iowa for the Library Boiler
Replacement Project, described in the plans and specifications
heretofore adopted by this Council in Resolution No. 2010-757 for
said project, after public hearing on August 23, 2010 on
published notice required by law, be and are hereby approved.
The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby directed to execute said
Contract, Bonds, and Certificate of Insurance with the contractor
for the construction of said improvements
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of September, 2010.
