RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT, BONDS, AND
CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE WITH B & B BUILDERS
AND SUPPLY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, IN CONJUNCTION
WITH THE F.Y. 2011 SIDEWALK REPAIR BLOCK
GRANT PROGRAM - ZONE 10, CONTRACT NO. 780.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the Contract, Bonds, and Certificate of Insurance with
B & B Builders and Supply of Waterloo, Iowa for the F.Y. 2011
Sidewalk Repair Block Grant Program - Zone 10, Contract No. 780
described in the plans and specifications heretofore adopted by
this Council in Resolution No. 2010-725 for said project, after
public hearing on August 16, 2010 on published notice required by
law, be and are hereby approved.
The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby directed to execute said
Contract, Bonds, and Certificate of Insurance with the contractor
for the construction of said improvements.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of September, 2010.
