RESOLUTION APPROVING IOWA JOBS PROGRAM GRANT
AGREEMENT WITH THE IOWA JOBS BOARD AND THE
IOWA FINANCE AUTHORITY AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Iowa Jobs Program Grant Agreement dated September 7,
2010, for funding in the amount of $5,000,000.00, with no
required city match, to be used for the new City of Waterloo
Public Works Building to be located at 625 Glenwood Avenue, by
and between the Iowa Jobs Board, the Iowa Finance Authority and
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved,
and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of September, 2010.
