RESOLUTION APPROVING SECOND AMENDMENT TO
DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT WITH CARDINAL
CONSTRUCTION, INC. AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID AMENDMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Second Amendment to Development Agreement dated
January 11, 2010, changing the start date to April 1, 2011 and
the end date to January 1, 2012, for new construction of two
professional office buildings in the Country Club Business
Center, by and between Cardinal Construction, Inc. of Waterloo,
Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to execute the
same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of September, 2010.
