RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT AND PROMISSORY
NOTE FOR THE BUSINESS DISASTER RECOVERY FLOOD
INSURANCE REIMBURSEMENT PROGRAM WITH THE IOWA
DEPARTMENT OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID DOCUMENTS BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Contract and Promissory Note dated September 7, 2010,
for the Business Disaster Recovery Flood Insurance Reimbursement
Program with the following business:
A & S Petroleum, Inc., 127 Jefferson Street $3,328.00
by and between the Iowa Department of Economic Development (CDBG
Contract #08 -DRB -205) and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the
same are hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the
same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of September, 2010.
