RESOLUTION MAKING AWARD OF AMENDED BID TO PER
MAR SECURITY SERVICES OF CEDAR RAPIDS, IOWA,
FOR SECURITY SERVICES FOR THE EAST 5TH STREET
RAMP, EAST PARK AVENUE RAMP, WEST SIDE
PARKING RAMP, AND 4TH STREET BRIDGE WALKWAY,
IN THE AMOUNT OF $13.80 PER HOUR PER PERSON.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the amended bid of Per Mar Security Services of Cedar
Rapids, Iowa, in the amount of $13.80 per hour per person, for
Security Services for the East 5th Street Ramp, East Park Avenue
Ramp, West Side Parking Ramp, and 4th Street Bridge Walkway,
described in the specifications heretofore adopted by this
Council in Resolution No. 2010-729 for said services, after
public hearing on August 16, 2010 on published notice required by
law, be and is hereby accepted, the same being the lowest bid
received for said service.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of September, 2010.
