RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY APPROVING BID
DOCUMENT, SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT,
AND ESTIMATE OF COST, ETC., IN CONJUNCTION
WITH THE PURCHASE OF ONE (1) 3/ TON PICKUP
WITH ALUMINUM SERVICE BOX.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Superintendent of Central Garage of
said City to prepare proposed bid document, specifications, form
of contract, and estimate of cost, etc., for the Purchase of One
(1) -3-4 Ton Pickup with Aluminum Service Box, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Superintendent of Central Garage did file said
bid document, specifications, form of contract, and estimate of
cost etc., for the Purchase of One (1) 3/ Ton Pickup with Aluminum
Service Box.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed bid document, specifications,
form of contract, and estimate of cost, etc., for the Purchase of
One (1) 3/ Ton Pickup with Aluminum Service Box, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, preliminarily
approved as filed.
