RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY APPROVING BID
DOCUMENTS, SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT,
AND ESTIMATE OF COST, ETC., IN CONJUNCTION
WITH THE PURCHASE OF TWO (2) i TON PICKUPS
WITH ALUMINUM DUMP BOXES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Superintendent of Central Garage of
said City to prepare proposed bid document, specifications, form
of contract, and estimate of cost, etc., for the Purchase of Two
(2) 3oa Ton Pickups with Aluminum Dump Boxes, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Superintendent of Central Garage did file said
bid document, specifications, form of contract, etc., for the
Purchase of Two (2) 3,4 Ton Pickups with Aluminum Dump Boxes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed bid document, specifications,
form of contract, and estimate of cost, etc., for the Purchase of
Two (2) 'N Ton Pickups with Aluminum Dump Boxes, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, preliminarily
approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of September, 2010.
