RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING ON PROPOSED BID DOCUMENT,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, AND
ESTIMATE OF COST, ETC., IN CONJUNCTION WITH
THE PURCHASE OF TWO (2) aN4 TON PICKUPS WITH
ALUMINUM DUMP BOXES, IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO
AND THE TAKING OF BIDS THEREFORE, AS
SEPTEMBER 27, 2010, AT 5:30 P.M. AT CITY HALL
COUNCIL CHAMBERS AND INSTRUCTING THE CITY
CLERK TO PUBLISH THE NOTICE OF HEARING.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
shall meet at the City Hall Council Chambers in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 5:30 p.m. on the 27th day of September, 2010,
for the purpose of holding a public hearing on proposed bid
document, specifications, form of contract, and estimate of cost,
etc., for the Purchase of Two (2) 3/ Ton Pickups with Aluminum
Dump Boxes, in the City of Waterloo and the taking of bids
therefore.
Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of September, 2010.
