RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY APPROVING BID
DOCUMENT, SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT,
AND ESTIMATE OF COST, ETC., IN CONJUNCTION
WITH THE RIVERFRONT STADIUM FIELD LIGHTING
UPGRADE.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Leisure Services Director of said City
to prepare proposed bid document, specifications, form of
contract, and estimate of cost, etc., for the Riverfront Stadium
Field Lighting Upgrade, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Leisure Services Director did file said bid
document, specifications, form of contract, and estimate of cost,
etc., for the Riverfront Stadium Field Lighting Upgrade.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed bid document, specifications,
form of contract, and estimate of cost, etc., for the Riverfront
Stadium Field Lighting Upgrade, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be,
and the same are hereby, preliminarily approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of September, 2010.
