TO: ASPRO, INC. , Contractor
You are hereby ordered to make the following changes from the plans and specifications or perform the
following extra work on your contract dated 04/01/2024.
A. Description of change to be made or extra work to be done:
a) Contractor shall add Flammang Dr from Hammond Ave to San Marnan Frontage Rd, leaving
out a middle section of Flammang Dr that was recently done. The proposed section of the road
will be a 2" mill and 2" surface overlay.
B. Reason for ordering change or extra work:
b) Due to excellent original bid prices, we have the opportunity to expand the overlay project to
include part of Flammang Dr and still meet the completion date.
C. Settlement for cost of work to be made as follows:
c) See attached spreadsheet for the increase in existing quantities. Contractor has agreed to use
original bid prices for the increase in existing quantities. One new item is added as follows.
1001- INTAKE ADJUSTMENT, MINOR, SW-505 - 2 @ $4730/EA = $9460
Total Net Increase $117,666.40
