RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING TO BE GIVEN UPON THE CITY'S REQUEST
TO REZONE FROM "A-1" AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT TO
"M-2, P" PLANNED INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT
APPROXIMATELY 38.9 ACRES GENERALLY LOCATED AT
4012 AND 4428 LEVERSEE ROAD, AS SEPTEMBER 20,
2010, AT 5:30 P.M. IN THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS IN
CITY HALL AND INSTRUCTING CITY CLERK TO
PUBLISH NOTICE OF HEARING.
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 5:30 p.m. on the 20th day of September, 2010,
for the purpose of considering and acting upon an application of
the City of Waterloo to rezone from "A-1" Agricultural District
to "M -2,P" Planned Industrial District approximately 38.9 acres
generally located at 4012 and 4428 Leversee Road, and legally
described as follows:

The Southwest �-4,
Township 90, Range
Black Hawk County,

of the Southwest 1-4 of Section 32,
13, all in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
Unplatted Waterloo East, The West 20 Rods of the South
8 Rods of the Northwest 1-4, of the Southwest 1-4 of
Section 32, Township 90, Range 13, all in the City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
Notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
