RESOLUTION NO. 2024-293
RESOLUTION APPROVING A CREATIVE SERVICES
CONSULTANT AGREEMENT WITH 4C'S OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, IN THE AMOUNT OF $20,000.00, IN CONJUNCTION
WITH THE WATERLOO BICYCLE EDUCATION AND
ENFORCEMENT PROJECT, AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that
the Creative Services Consultant Agreement with 4C's of Waterloo, Iowa, in the amount of
$20,000.00, in conjunction with the Waterloo Bicycle Education and Enforcement Project, is
hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said
document on the behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
