RESOLUTION NO. 2024-296
RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH HAWKEYE ALARM, IN THE AMOUNT
OF $106,754.00, FOR RE -KEYING THE PUBLIC WORKS
BUILDING AND GATES, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the Professional Services Agreement with Hawkeye Alarm, of Waterloo, Iowa, in
the amount of $106,754.00, for re -keying the Public Works building and gates, is hereby
approved, and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of May 2024.
