RESOLUTION NO. 2024-243
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A WATERLOO HOUSING
TRUST FUND GRANT AGREEMENT, IN THE AMOUNT OF
$42,175.00, FOR OWNER -OCCUPIED HOUSING
EMERGENCY REPAIRS, AND AUTHORIZING THE
HOUSING DIRECTOR TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the Waterloo Housing Trust Fund Grant Agreement, in the amount of $42,175.00,
for owner -occupied housing emergency repairs, is hereby accepted, and the Housing Director is
authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of May 2024.
