RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN EXCEPTION TO THE
CITY OF WATERLOO PURCHASING POLICY FOR
PURCHASING TWO CHEVY TAHOES, IN THE AMOUNT OF
$99,810.40, FROM KARL AUTO GROUP, FOR THE POLICE
DEPARTMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
That the requested exception to the City of Waterloo's Purchasing Procedures Policy to
approve the purchase of two Chevy Tahoes, in the amount of $99,810.40, from Karl Auto Group,
for the Police Depailiiient, is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of May 2024.
