RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN EXCEPTION TO THE
CITY OF WATERLOO PURCHASING POLICY FOR
PURCHASING TWO POLICE INTERCEPTOR ALL -WHEEL -
DRIVE UTILITY UNITS, IN THE AMOUNT OF $91,170.00,
FROM STIVERS FORD, FOR THE POLICE DEPARTMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
That the requested exception to the City of Waterloo's Purchasing Procedures Policy to
approve the purchase of two Police Interceptor all -wheel -drive utility units, in the amount of
$91,170.00, from Stivers Ford, for the Police Department, is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of May 2024.
