RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN EXCEPTION TO THE
CITY OF WATERLOO PURCHASING POLICY FOR THE
PURCHASE OF A CHEVY EQUINOX, IN THE AMOUNT OF
$30,469.99, FOR THE TRAFFIC DEPARTMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
That the requested exception to the City of Waterloo's Purchasing Procedures Policy to
approve the purchase of a Chevy Equinox, in the amount of $30,469.99, for the Traffic
Department, is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of May 2024.
