RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN EXCEPTION TO THE
CITY OF WATERLOO PURCHASING POLICY FOR THE
PURCHASE OF A REAR LOADER FOR THE SANITATION
DEPARTMENT, IN THE AMOUNT OF $224,200.00.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
That the requested exception to the City of Waterloo's Purchasing Procedures Policy to
approve the purchase of Rear Loader for the Sanitation Department, in the amount of
$224,200.00, is hereby approved.
